TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These general terms and conditions of sale (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the methods and conditions of sale of the products marketed by Tre Pozzi (“Products”). These Terms and Conditions are an integral and substantial part of every proposal, order, and order confirmation for the purchase of the Products. The terms of sale applicable to your order are those in effect on the date of the order.

1. PRODUCTS: PRICES AND CHARACTERISTICS

1.1 Unless otherwise stated, the prices of the Products published by Tre Pozzi include VAT. The published prices replace previous ones and are subject to actual product availability. Tre Pozzi reserves the right to confirm or modify the prices at the time of order confirmation.

1.2 Any price changes due to customer selections are automatically updated and displayed on the website. For custom requests not listed, you can request a personalized quote by direct contact.

2. ORDERS – INVOICING

2.1 All orders sent to Tre Pozzi must be complete and contain all necessary information for correct identification of the Products. Each order constitutes a contractual proposal and is only binding for Tre Pozzi if accepted.

2.2 Tre Pozzi reserves the right not to accept incomplete or incorrectly filled orders. In case of unavailability of the ordered Products, any paid amount will be refunded without further obligations.

2.3 Fiscal documentation will be issued at the time of shipping. If the Customer wishes to receive an invoice, they must provide the necessary tax information. Otherwise, a standard receipt will be issued.

3. PRODUCT DELIVERY

3.1 Shipping times begin once payment is confirmed, and delivery will occur within 10 business days via express courier. Tre Pozzi is not responsible for courier-related delays.

3.2 The indicated times are non-binding and may be changed due to logistics or availability. Delays under 30 days do not entitle the customer to compensation.

3.3 Any special delivery conditions must be agreed upon in writing in advance.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

4.1 Shipping fees are as follows:
– €5.90 for orders up to €149.00 (mainland Italy)
– €8.90 for major islands
– €16.90 for Venice, minor islands, and remote areas
Shipping is free for orders over €149.00.

4.2 Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the destination.

5. PRODUCT WARRANTY – SUPPORT

5.1 Tre Pozzi only guarantees the physical integrity of the Products at the time of delivery. Any defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt by contacting customer service.

5.2 Damaged products will be replaced at no additional cost. Tre Pozzi is not responsible for defects due to misuse or alterations after delivery.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1 In accordance with Art. 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, the Customer has the right to withdraw without penalty within 14 working days from receiving the Products.

6.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be sent via registered mail with return receipt to Tre Pozzi at the address provided at the time of purchase.

6.3 Returned Products must be intact and authorized by customer service. A refund will only be issued after verifying the integrity of the returned Products.

6.4 Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the return is due to an error by Tre Pozzi.

7. PAYMENT METHODS

7.1 Accepted payment methods:
– Bank transfer (details provided at checkout)
– PayPal (including credit cards via PayPal)

7.2 Payment must be made within 4 business days of purchase. Shipping will take place only after payment is received.

8. SECURITY

8.1 Tre Pozzi complies with current regulations on distance selling. All prices are public and inclusive of VAT.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

9.1 Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Lecce.

9.2 Pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the Customer declares to have read and expressly accepted all the above clauses.
